room issues persisted throughout stay
the staff was responsive to my requests regarding the ac i appreciated that
i had issues with the tv it was flashing on and off constantly and seemingly there was no way to unplug it i feel the hotel should have addressed this better instead of leaving it unresolved

kind staff clean room cool rooftop
the staff was very kind and helpful. my room was very clean. i loved the rooftop spot on floor 17 (especially at night!).
the elevators were sometimes a little busy.

the reception staff was indeed helpful. they were always ready to assist with directions. the location was a plus, so many restaurants nearby. the room included excellent storage, there was a wardrobe and another shelved unit.
the room size felt smaller than expected. i paid extra for an upgrade due to the bed being too small. i was given coupons for an external restaurant for breakfast, this breakfast was of very poor quality when it finally arrived.
